筑牢师德建设的教育基础——教师职业道德教育有效性的逻辑前提探论 被引量:1

摘要 师德建设的重要性不言而喻,而教师职业道德教育是师德建设的最为重要的基础。教师职业道德教育要真正取得成功,必须具备两个基本前提:其一是目标明确。教师职业道德教育的培养目标,应该是敬业、团结、奉献、诚信、公正、互助等一般的社会道德要求在教育活动领域的具体化。同时,由于一个人对自身负责是对社会和国家负责的前提和基础,所以,还必须把培养教师的自尊、自爱、自重、自信、自强、自立、勇敢、节制、智慧、正直、勤奋、进取等方面的道德品质,纳入教师职业道德教育的重要内容。其二是方法正确。由于道德理性因素与道德非理性因素的协调发展和有机整合是使人成为真正有道德的人的基础,所以,教师职业道德教育在重视道德灌输或说教的同时,还应该重视有助于道德非理性因素发展的非连续性教育、文以载道的教育、道德环境熏染等教育方法。 The importance of teacher’s moral construction is self-evident,and teacher professional ethics education is the most important basic aspect of it.For teacher professional ethics education to be truly successful,there must be two basic prerequisites:One is the specific goal.The goal of teacher professional ethics education should be the embodiment of the general social moral requirements in the field of educational activities,such as devotion,unity,dedication,integrity,fairness,mutual assistance,etc.At the same time,since one’s responsibility to oneself is the premise and foundation of taking responsibilities for society and the State,it is also necessary to include cultivating moral characters of teacher to the important elements of teacher professional ethics education such as self-esteem,self-love,self-respect,self-confidence,self-improvement,self-reliance,courage,restraint,wisdom,integrity,diligence,and enterprising and so on.The other is the correct approach.The coordinated development and organic integration of both rational factors and irrational factors of moral are the basis for people to become truly moral people,so while moral indoctrination or preaching received an adequate attention of the teacher professional ethics education,attention should also be paid to the methods such as non-continuous education,education with the aid of art,and moral environment edification,which contribute to the development of irrational factors of moral.
