摘要
一流学科的规模发展为一流大学建设提供攀登的阶梯。建设一流学科首先瞄准世界一流目标,进入美国基本科学指标(ESI)数据库排名前1%是我国高等院校普遍认可的世界一流学科的评价指标,基于ESI评价指标分析对一流学科进行界定和诠释,有助于我国一流学科建设与国际接轨。进而,依据学科建设的功能维度提出和探究一流学科建设的四个战略模式,包括高地—平原战略、组织变革战略、整体论战略、协同创新战略。对创新大学而言,选择适合的战略框架和规划模式,就像构建一条该校特有的学科建设的技术路线,对现代大学获得特色及创新发展给予持久的基础支撑和技术保障。
The climbing ladder for the construction of first-class university has been provided by the expanding development of first-class discipline.According to the evaluating indicators of ESI,the concepts of first-class discipline are discussed and defined in some degree.Based on the functions of discipline classification,the four strategic planning patterns of first-class discipline construction are argued seriously,include highland-plain strategy,organizational transformation strategy,holism strategy and collaborative innovation strategy.For the development of creative universities,it is special and crucial technical route for modern university to achieve the basic supports and the technical guarantee.
