相国寺储气库除油器运行效果分析

Operation Effect of Oil Remover in Xiangguosi Gas Storage

相国寺储气库从2013年投运至今,增压机组后除油器作为生产运行中特别重要设备,负责除去增压后端天然气中的润滑油,但在生产过程中效果不佳,长期运行必对注采气工程和地层渗透率带来影响。现对相国寺储气库除油器运行效果进行分析,对出现的运行现状和除油效果不佳进行总结,建议通过多种方式优化除油器达到设计要求。

Xiangguosi gas storage has been put into operation since 2013.As a particularly important equipment in production operation,the post-oil remover of the pressurized unit is responsible for removing the lubricating oil in the natural gas at the post-pressurized end.However,the effect is not good in the production process.This paper analyzes the operation effect of oil remover in xiangguosi gas storage tank,summarizes the experience of the current operation situation and poor oil remover effect,and proposes to optimize the oil remover in various ways to meet the design requirements.
