摘要
为处理聚酯装置生产过程中产生的废气,中国昆仑工程有限公司在原流程基础上增设尾气淋洗塔工段,工艺废气经淋洗塔采用工业水洗涤后去除其有机物,处理后的含有有机物的废水送入工艺水汽提继续处理,淋洗后的低浓度燃烧废气经尾气风机送入热媒站热媒炉前引风机进而送入炉内焚烧。详细介绍了聚酯装置尾气淋洗塔工段的流程概貌,并分析为保证生产安全需要设置的相关逻辑联锁,以及最终以符合ANSI/ISA-5.2-1976标准的逻辑图的形式对其进行表述。
For disposing the exhaust gas generated in the process of PET plant, CKCEC designs a Off-gas sprinkling tower facility added into the original process. Process gas through Off-gas sprinkling tower is washed using industry water to remove its organic. The waste water which contaminates with organic matter after treatment sent into the waste water stripper to continue processing. The low concentration off-gas which contaminates with organics can be sent to the HTM heater to burn through the exhaust fan. It introduces the detailed process of Off-gas sprinkling tower facility, and analyzes the relevant logic for ensuring the plant safety. At last it expresses the logic by drawing conformed to the ANSI/ISA-5.2-1976 standard.
