摘要
道路机械热工设备传热过程综合性较强,包含情况较多,热量传递的数值计算过程相对麻烦。文中结合传热理论基础与设备传热影响分析,对各影响因素进行了参数化计算,建立不同工况下的热工计算模型,利用Access数据库和Excel文档等作为数据源,采用VB平台作为软件编程和界面设计库,基于模块化思想,开发设计出应用于Windows操作系统的筑养路机械热工过程分析计算软件。通过实例应用验证了该软件的可靠性、实用性与易操作性,为工程人员与研究人员提供更为便利的工作条件。
Road Machinery equipment for thermal transfer process is strong comprehensive. It contains more numerical cases, and the heat transfer calculation is troublesome. Combined with the analysis of effect of heat transfer theory and heat transfer equipment, in this paper, the effect of each factor is the parameter calculation, a thermal calculation model under different operating conditions is set up, using the access database and excel document as the data the source, using VB as a platform for software programming and interface design, based on the method of modularization, construction and maintenance machinery thermal process calculation software is designed for the windows operating system. The reliability of the software is verified by application examples, practical and easy to operate, and it provide more convenient working conditions for engineers and researchers.
