摘要
本论文基于Cortex-M3微控制器,完成了一款地沟油快速检测装置的研究与设计,实现了"地沟油"快速检测。主要完成了整个系统的软硬件设计,其中硬件部分主要包括DDS信号发生器电路、可控增益放大器、固定放大器,低通滤波电路等;软件主要分析了快速傅里叶变换(DFT)的处理过程,最后实现食用油阻抗与相角的检测,通过实验验证,该设备检测迅速、精度高,具有较好的应用价值。
Based on the Cortex-M3 microcontroller, the research and design of a fast detection device for the waste oil are completed, the rapid detection of the waste oil is realized. The hardware and software design of the whole system is mainly completed, the hardware part mainly includes the DDS signal generator circuit, the controllable gain amplifier, the fixed amplifier, the low pass filter circuit and so on. The software mainly analyzes the processing process of the fast Fourier transform (DFT). Finally, the detection of the impedance and phase angle of the edible oil are realized. The expeniment proves that the device is fast and accurate, and has good application value.
