This paper intinduces high-sppeed and high-accuracy Broadsheet online detection system, processing flow and pratical application of the test software. The method and algorithm of this system are also introduced. It is proved to be effective based on actual usage. The method of subchannel procession in color image is discussed. An algorithm for filtering pseudo contour clutter is proposed for broadsheet online dectection system, the importance of filtering clutter in such systems is also demonstrated.
