新时期高校资助工作“三全育人”切入路径探析

资助育人是高校学生资助工作的根本目的,是教育精准扶贫工作的重要组成部分。习近平指出:要把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人。构建"三全育人"大格局是高校人才培养的创新模式,也为构建高校资助育人新体系提供了新思路和新机遇。高校必须深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,明确新时代做好学生资助育人工作的重大意义,创新资助育人方式方法,积极探索"全员""全过程""全方位"的"三全育人"高校资助工作新路径,切实提高资助育人工作的针对性和实效性,进一步凝聚资助育人工作强大合力。

Aiding and educating students is the fundamental purpose of college students subsidy work and an important part of the precise poverty alleviation work of education.Xi Jinping pointed out that the ideological and political work should run through the whole process of education and teaching,and realize the all-round education.Constructing the pattern of"Three-aspect All-round Education"is an innovative mode of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.It also provides new ideas and opportunities for the construction of a new system of subsidized education in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities must thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,clarify the great significance of student-aided education in the new era,innovate the ways and methods of student-aided education,actively explore the new ways of"Three-aspect All-round Education",and effectively improve the work of student-aided education.With better pertinence and effectiveness,we could further strengthen the joint force of funding and educating students.
