关节镜下前交叉韧带保留残端重建术在治疗前交叉韧带损伤中的疗效及对膝关节功能的影响

Therapeutic effect of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament retained stump reconstruction in treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injury and its effect on knee joint function

目的探讨对于前交叉韧带损伤采用关节镜下前交叉韧带保留残端重建术治疗的疗效及其对膝关节功能的影响。方法选择前交叉韧带损伤患者98例,将其按抽签法分为两组,每组49例。两组均采用关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术治疗,观察组术中保留残端,对照组术中不保留残端,术后随访6个月,比较两组本体感觉功能及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组术后6个月Lysholm评分较对照组高,IKDC评分、被动角度、被动活动察觉阈值均较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下前交叉韧带保留残端重建术有利于前交叉韧带损伤患者本体感觉功能及膝关节功能恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament retained stump reconstruction in the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injury and its effect on knee joint function.Methods 98 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury were selected and randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.The observation group retained the stump during operation.The control group did not retain the stump during operation.The patients were followed up for 6 months.The proprioceptive function and knee function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results 6 months after operation,the Lysholm score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The IKDC score,passive angle and passive activity threshold in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament retained stump reconstruction can benefit the proprioceptive function and knee function recovery.
