中西医结合治疗心肾阳虚夹血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的疗效

Effect of Zhenwu Qiangxin Decoction on Hemorheology and Cardiac Function of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察真武强心汤结合西药对慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚夹血瘀型患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的心肾阳虚夹血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组35例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组加用真武强心汤口服治疗。对比两组治疗前、治疗3个疗程后血液流变学、心功能及中医证候积分。结果观察组治疗后左心射血分数高于对照组,血液流变学指标、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论真武强心汤结合西药对心肾阳虚夹血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者中具有较好的治疗效果,可有效改善其肾虚症状及心功能状态,利于降低血浆黏度,具有较高安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhenwu Qiangxin Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)with heart-yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Seventy patients with CHF admitted to our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Zhenwu Qiangxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The blood rheology index,cardiac function and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3 courses of treatment.Results The LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment.The hemorheology index,LVEDD,LVESD and TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu Qiangxin Decoction has a good effect on CHF patients with heart-yang deficiency and blood stasis,which can effectively improve the symptoms of kidney deficiency and heart function and help to reduce plasma viscosity.
