综合性护理干预对甲状腺腺瘤手术患者应激反应及疼痛的影响

The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on stress reaction and pain of patients undergoing thyroid adenoma surgery

目的探讨综合性护理干预对甲状腺腺瘤手术患者应激反应及疼痛的影响。方法选取行甲状腺腺瘤手术患者98例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合性护理干预,比较两组患者应激反应及疼痛情况。结果两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)及收缩压(SBP)水平较对照组低,疼痛程度较对照组轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺腺瘤手术患者采取综合性护理干预可有效减轻心理及生理应激反应,缓解其术后疼痛。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on stress reaction and pain of patients undergoing thyroid adenoma surgery.Methods 98 patients who received thyroid adenoma surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nusing and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Stress reaction and pain were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the degree of pain was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate psychological and physiological stress reaction and relieve postoperative pain in patients with thyroid adenoma.
