As an important part of the modern service industry,the express delivery industry has played an active role in reducing circulation costs,supporting e-commerce and serving production and life by virtue of low cost,wide coverage and large scale.Under the current situation,the coordinated development of e-commerce and express delivery industry not only requires the support and guidance of the national macro-policy,but also requires a strong rule of law guarantee.Therefore,improving the postal industry laws and regulations,effectively exerting the functions of laws and regulations on the development of e-commerce and express delivery industry,such as regulation of interests,promoting development and compulsory protection,and further improving relevant legal guarantees,has become the only way to promote the coordinated development of e-commerce and express delivery industry.
