基于2个食品本科专业考试不及格情况分析及对策

摘要 为分析食品专业学生考试不及格情况并提出对策,分析了河南农业大学2012—2017级食品质量与安全、食品营养与检验2个本科专业6个年级23个班级学生考试不及格情况。结果表明,2个专业学生不及格课程多集中在基础课;男生不及格课程门次多在5门以上,女生不及格课程门次多集中在5门以下;不及格课程多集中在"化学""数学""计算机"和"英语"。为此,在招生、专业分配、培养方案、班级建设等方面提出了相应对策。 In order to analyze the failures of students majoring in food and put forward countermeasures,this paper analyzed the failures of students majoring in food quality and safety,food nutrition and inspection in two undergraduate courses,six grades and 23 classes in our school from 2012 to 2017.The results showed that the failing courses of the two majors were mostly concentrated in basic courses;the failing courses of boys were more than five,the failing courses of girls were more than five;the failing courses were mostly concentrated in chemistry,mathematics,computer and English.The corresponding countermeasures were put forward in the aspects of enrollment,specialty distribution,training program and class construction.
