“药德·药规·药技”人才培养体系下食品类专业课程课堂教学改革探索——以“饮食文化”课程为例 被引量:1

摘要 "药德·药规·药技"是浙江医药高等专科学校根据新时代医药产业对从业人员的职业需求所凝练的人才培养定位。原有的食品类专业课程设计、教学标准、教学内容、教学方法等已经无法满足"药德·药规·药技"相融合的人才培养要求。"饮食文化"课程是食品专业的先导课,对于激发学习兴趣、引导整个专业的学习、提升综合素养具有非常大的影响和作用。通过系统化设计教学思路、整合教学内容、多样化教学方法、合理化教学考评等一系列教学改革,可激发学生的学习兴趣,丰富知识体系,提升职业素养,紧密对接"药德·药规·药技"人才培养体系要求。 Drug Morality,Drug Regulation and Drug Technology is the talent development orientation of Zhejiang Pharma-ceutical College according to the professional needs of employees in the new era of medicine industry.The original food professional curriculum design,teaching standards,teaching content,teaching methods,etc.have not been able to meet the requirements for the training of talents that are integrated with Drug Morality,Drug Regulation and Drug Technology.The course of food culture is a leading course for food majors.It has a great influence and effect on stimulating interest in learning,guiding the study of the entire profession,and improving comprehensive literacy.Through systematic design of teaching ideas,integration of teaching content,diversification of teaching methods,rationalization of teaching evaluation and other teaching reforms,students can stimulate interest in learning,enrich knowledge systems,and improve professional literacy.Close connection with the requirements of the Drug Morality,Drug Regulation and Drug Technology talent training system.
