护理质量标准的制定对经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术后患者肾造瘘管的应用价值分析

目的:分析护理质量标准的制定对经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术后患者肾造瘘管的应用价值。方法:选取2018年6月至2018年10月期间采用经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石治疗的单纯性肾结石患者60例作为研究对象,对照组30例采用常规护理,观察组30例通过德菲尔专家咨询法制定肾造瘘管护理质量标准,对比两组患者的Barthlel指数、护理满意度评分比较。结果:观察组患者的Barthel指数与护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:根据护理质量标准制定实施肾造瘘管护理干预方案,可提高患者术后日常生活能力与护理满意度,推广价值较高。

objective:to analyze the application value of the formulation of nursing quality standards for renal fistula after transcutaneous percutaneous renal puncture with holmium laser lithotripsy.Selection methods:in June 2018 to October 2018 by percutaneous renal puncture holmium laser lithotripsy to treat 60 cases of patients with renal stones simple as the research object,the contrast group,control group 30 cases with normal nursing, observation group of 30 cases with DE phil expert consultation method to develop kidney fistula nursing quality standards,compared two groups of patients Barthlel index,nursing satisfaction score.Results:the Barthel index and nursing satisfaction scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05),showing statistical significance.Conclusion:the nursing intervention program for renal fistula was established and implemented according to the nursing quality standards,which can improve the postoperative daily living ability and nursing satisfaction of patients,and has a higher promotion value.
