微生物标准菌株不同保藏方法的比较

Comparison of Different Preservation Methods of Standard Bacterial Strains

菌株保藏的目的是为了减少标准菌株的死亡、变异、被杂菌污染等情况的发生,因此选择好的菌株保藏方法至关重要。通过对半固体琼脂石蜡保存法、细菌湿种牛奶冻存法和菌株保藏管法这3种方法从操作、保藏时间、占用空间、菌株存活情况4个方面进行比较。结果表明,相较于其他2种方法,菌株保藏管法操作更简单、保藏时间更长、占用空间更小、菌株更不易发生变异和死亡。由此可见,3种方法中菌株保藏管法要优于其他2种方法。

The purpose of strain preservation was to reduce the death,variation and contamination of standard strains.Therefore,it was very important to select a good method of strain preservation.This article compared four aspects from operations,storage time,taking up space and strains survival through the senior semi-solid agar paraffin wax preservation method,wet bacteria blancmange tabernacle and strain preservation tube method.Results showed that compared with the other two methods,the strain preservation tube method was simpler to operate,has longer storage time,occupies less space,and was less prone to mutation and death.Among the three methods,the strain preservation tube method was superior to the other two methods.
