摘要
探讨了"食品化学"双语课程教学中存在的主要问题,从提高学生学习的兴趣、加强师资力量的培养、改革教学模式及完善质量评价体系等方面对"食品化学"双语教学模式进行了探讨。
This paper discussed the main problems in the teaching of bilingual courses in Food Chemistry,and explored the bilingual teaching mode of Food Chemistry from the aspects of improving students'interest in learning,strengthening the training of teachers,reforming teaching models and perfecting the quality evaluation system.
