摘要
慕课是近年来国内外兴起的大规模网络公开课授课模式,在"食品营养学"教学过程中采取了移动慕课混合式教学法,即课程授课方式以网络和面授方式混合授课,通过视频授课、在线讨论、在线作业等缩减面授次数,增加学生自主学习时间,改变传统模式授课过程中学生的被动学习地位,给学生最大发挥主观能动性的空间。
Massive open online course(MOOC)is a kind of large-scale online courses teaching mode in both domestic and overseas in recent years.In the process of the Food Nutrition teaching,mobile mooc hybrid teaching method was used as teaching method.The course of teaching methods include of network and face-to-face teaching way.To reduce face-to-face lectures through the video lectures,online discussion and online homework.It can increase students'autonomous learning time,change the passive learning of students in the process of traditional pattern teaching status and provide the space of subjective initiative to students.
