摘要 船式拖拉机分动箱是一个多自由度振动系统,其主要功能是将发动机输出的动力传递到前后驱动轮装置。船式拖拉机行驶过程中受到外部激励和内部激励,必然会导致整车的振动并产生噪声,影响船式拖拉机工作效率和驾驶舒适性。本文通过对船式拖拉机分动箱进行模态分析,得出分动箱固有特性和振形,分析出系统的动态特性和结构的薄弱部位,为分动箱的优化设计提供依据。 The transfer case of boat-type tractor is A multi-degree-of-freedom vibration system.It is a device that the power output from the engine is output to the front and rear driving wheels.The system generates complex vibration by external excitation and internal excitation during driving.It will inevitably lead to the vibration and noise of the vehicle.Therefore,this will affect the working efficiency and driving comfort of the ship tractor.Modal analysis of ship-type tractor is carried out.The inherent characteristics and vibration of the distribution box are obtained,and the dynamic characteristics and weak parts of the structure are analyzed.The result can provide a theory basis for the optimization design of the transfer case.
