摘要
开沟机在现代社会中应用得十分广泛,但对于一些农艺要求高,沟宽很窄的开沟作业,国内现有大型拖拉机驱动的开沟机显然不适合。现有小型自走式开沟机在南方湿润地区作业时,大量土块会堆积在变速器附近,开沟刀盘被土块堵塞,导致机器无法继续运转。本文介绍了一种可适应南方湿润黏土阻滞作用的一种开沟机刀盘及其整体结构和工作原理。该装置主要由偏心轮机构与连杆机构组成。装备该开沟机装置在南方湿润黏性土壤环境作业时,既能开出深沟,又能稳定作业,基本上能克服南方湿土对机器的阻滞影响,具有很好的使用前景。
The ditching machine is widely used in modern society,but for some trench operations with high agronomic requirements and narrow trench widths,the existing large tractor-driven ditching machine in China is obviously not suitable.When the existing small self-walking ditching machine is operating in the southern humid area,A lot of dirt will pile up near the transmission,which causing the machine to fail to function.This article introduced a kind of trench cutter plate which can adapt to the effect of southern moist clay block and its overall structure and working principle.The device is mainly composed of eccentric wheel mechanism and linkage mechanism.Equipped with the trench machine device in the southern moist viscous soil environment operation,can not only open deep ditch,but also stable operation,basically can overcome the impact of the southern wet soil on the machine block,has a good prospect to use.
