细菌溶解产物在喘息并发呼吸道感染患儿中的应用效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨细菌溶解产物在喘息并发呼吸道感染中的应用效果。方法选取154例喘息并发呼吸道感染患儿,分为对照组79例与观察组75例。两组均采用常规抗感染治疗,观察组同时口服细菌溶解产物。比较两组治疗前后嗜酸粒细胞计数、IgM及IgG水平、喘息及呼吸道感染发作情况。结果治疗后,观察组的血嗜酸粒细胞水平低于治疗前及对照组(均P<0.05);观察组的IgM、IgG水平均高于治疗前,且IgM水平高于对照组(均P<0.05);两组呼吸道感染及喘息发作次数、每次喘息天数、呼吸道感染治疗天数均少于治疗前及对照组(均P<0.05)。结论细菌溶解产物辅助治疗喘息并发呼吸道感染,能缩短症状改善所需时间,提高机体免疫水平。 Objective To explore the application effect of bacterial lysate on wheezing infants complicated with respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 154 wheezing infants complicated with respiratory tract infection were selected and divided into control group(79 cases) and observation group(75 cases).Both groups received conventional anti-infection therapy,meanwhile,the observation group was given oral bacterial lysate.Pre- and post-treatment eosinophil counts,IgM and IgG levels,and attack of wheezing and respiratory tract infection were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the blood eosinophil count in the observation group was lower than that before treatment or in the control group(all P <0.05);the observation group obtained higher levels of IgM and IgG than the pre-treatment,experiencing a higher IgM level than the control group(all P <0.05);number of respiratory tract infection or wheezing attack,wheezing duration for each time,and duration of respiratory tract infection treatment were decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment or in the control group(all P <0.05). Conclusion Adjuvant therapy of bacterial lysate can shorten duration for symptom remission and improve body immune level in the treatment of wheezing infants complicated with respiratory tract infection.
