航空发动机LVDT测量元件的教学实验模拟装置设计

Design of Teaching Experiment Simulation Device for Aero Engine LVDT Measuring Element

以航空发动机控制实验教学改革为依托,给出了一种航空发动机控制系统LVDT测量元件教学实验模拟装置的设计方法。首先进行了LVDT模拟装置的总体方案设计;其次,在此基础上进行了LVDT模拟装置的软硬件设计;最后,给出了LVDT模拟装置的特性测试验证实例。结果表明,所设计LVDT模拟装置不仅实现了真实LVDT输出特性功能,并具有极高的精度,可用于该课程的实验教学环节。

This paper presents a design method of LVDT measuring elements for aeroengine control system based on the aero-engine control course experimental teaching reform.First,the overall scheme of LVDT experiment simulation device was de-signed,then the software and hardware design of the LVDT experiment simulation device was carried out on this basis.Finally,the characteristic test and verification example of the LVDT was simulated.The research results show that the designed LVDT experiment simulation device can realize the true LVDT output characteristic function,and has very high accuracy of output performance.It can be used in the experimental teaching practice of this course.
