Research on the Function, Content and Construction Path of College Students' Growth Archives

大学生成长档案是高校管理者和学生本人按照多方面、多角度的成长指标共同构建的,能够反映大学生在校期间思想品德、身心健康、学习成绩、专业技能等诸多元素的成长记录。成长档案的建立不仅有利于增强学生的自我认知,提高学校的管理成效,也为企业与高校全面客观地评价和选拔人才提供可信依据。大学生成长档案的建构则需从提高认识、设计内容、搭建平台、优化管理四个方面入手,进行合理构建。

Jointly constructed by college administrators and students themselves according to various aspects and multi-angle growth indicators,the growth archives of college students can reflect the growth records of many elements such as ideological and moral situation,physical and mental health,academic achievement and professional skills of college students during their school years.The establishment of growth archives is not only conducive to enhancing students'self-awareness and improving the management effectiveness of universities,but also providing a credible basis for the comprehensive and objective evaluation and selection of talents in enterprises and universities.The construction of college students'growth archives needs to start from four aspects:raising awareness,designing content,building platform,and optimizing management.
