The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.On the basis of summing up the new achievements and practical experience in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,great theoretical innovations have been made to provide scientific guidance for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This paper adheres to the core of people-orientation,enriches the spiritual world of college students as the main content,and innovates the ideological and political theory course as the starting point,so as to train the new generation of talents to realize the great national rejuvenation and effectively realize the innovative development of ideological and political education.
