When carrying out ideological and political education,higher vocational colleges emphasize humanistic care and adhere to the principle of people-orientation,which is an important task in building a harmonious campus.Therefore,the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges should always be student-oriented,adhere to the principles of heuristic education,individualization and frequent communication,establish a team of ideological and political education teachers with high comprehensive quality and professionalism,innovate classroom teaching mode,and adopt humanized management methods to guide students to develop in an all-round way.
