摘要
高校的发展离不开高层次人才,中青年教师作为学校的中流砥柱更加决定着高校未来的发展。教师的归属感,就是影响高校发展稳定性的一个重要的方面。学校教师的归属感是工会组织工作的一个重要方面。本文以笔者所在的上海健康医学院为例,通过调研问卷形式,对中青年教师在学校快速发展时期归属感的问题进行研究和探讨,希望从工会角度帮助广大中青年教师更有效地为高校的发展做出重要的贡献。
The development of colleges and universities is inseparable from high-level talents.Young and middle-aged teachers,as the mainstay of colleges and universities,further determine the future development of colleges and universities.The sense of belonging of teachers is an important aspect that affects the stability of university development.The sense of belonging of teachers is an important aspect of the work of labor unions.Taking Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences as an example,this paper studies and discusses the issue of the sense of belonging of young and middle-aged teachers in the rapid development period of the school through questionnaires.The writer hopes to help young and middle-aged teachers to more effectively make an important contribution to the development of colleges and universities from the perspective of labor unions.
