摘要
本文分析了我国现阶段专业学位研究生培养的现状、本质和存在的问题,指出培养目标界定不强,实习实践活动缺乏实际落实,师资队伍建设相对缓慢,"双导师"制度缺乏落实等主要问题。针对专业学位研究生培养目前存在的诸多问题,在深入领会国家和学校研究生院的政策和制度精神,充分继承发扬本学科的优良传统,紧密结合大连理工大学建设工程学部的学科优势和特色的基础上对专业学位研究生培养模式进行了改革和实践,并取得很好的效果。
This paper analyzes the present situation,essence and existing problems of professional degree postgraduate training in China,and points out the main problems such as weak definition of training objectives,which has been reformed and practiced on the basis of thorough understanding of the policy and system spirit of the state and postgraduate school.Meanwhile,the fine tradition of the discipline has been inherited and developed sufficiently,and the disciplinary advantages and characteristics of the Department of Construction Engineering of Dalian University of Technology has been combined closely.Finally,good results have been achieved.
