基于场路耦合仿真的开关磁阻电机教学

摘要 开关磁阻电机、永磁同步电机和无刷直流电机等特种电机,已成为"电机学"教学中的重要内容。特种电机的结构和磁场分布不同于传统异步电机和同步电机,其工作原理和控制方法更复杂,是"电机学"教学的难点之一。本文基于"磁场-电路"耦合分析方法,利用有限元软件Ansys Maxwell对开关磁阻电机性能进行仿真,利用过程演示和图形教学,加深学生对该电机结构原理和运行特性的理解,进而提高教学效果。本文方法对其他电机教学也具有参考价值。 Special electrical machines,such as switched reluctance machine,permanent magnet synchronous motor and brushless DC motor,have become the important content of"Electrical Machinery".The construction and magnetic field distribution of special electrical machine are different from that of conventional machine,and its working principle and control method are more complicated,so it is difficult for us to explain the principle of special electrical machine.Based on the magnetic field-circuit coupling analysis method,the dynamic performance of switched reluctance motor is simulated by Ansys Maxwell.In order to improve the teaching effect,the process demonstration and graphic teaching is used for deepening students'understanding and mastery of switched reluctance machine.The results are easy to be accepted and understood for the students,and the explain method has reference value for the teaching process of other special electrical machines.
