情景模拟模式在人员素质测评课程教学中的实践研究

摘要 我国教育体制改革以来,政府对各高校教学实施有效的改革,大学生数量逐年增加,较多高校开始扩大招生,这在一定程度上加大了高校学生就业难度。其中人员素质测评课程有较强的实践性,情境模拟模式教学方法在教学中较为常见,具有灵活性高、仿真等特点,学生在模拟教学中能够较好地对知识点实施全面了解,以此实现专业技能的有效提高。本文首先介绍人员素质测评,并对人员素质测评课程教学进行有效的分析,然后对人员素质测评课程教学中情景模拟法的应用价值实施全面探究,以此对情景模拟法在人员素质测评课程教学中的实践进行总结。 Since the reform of China's education system,the government has implemented effective reforms in the teaching of colleges and universities.The number of college students has increased year by year,and more colleges and universities have begun to expand enrollment,which has increased the difficulty of college students'employment.The personnel quality assessment course is highly practical,while the situation simulation mode is a relatively common teaching method which is highly flexible and simulated.Students can comprehensively understand knowledge points in simulation teaching,so that their professional skills will be improved effectively.This paper first introduces the assessment of personnel quality,and conducts an effective analysis of the teaching of personnel quality assessment course,and then conducts a comprehensive exploration of the application value of the situation simulation method in the teaching of personnel quality assessment course,so as to summarize the practice of situation simulation method in the teaching of personnel quality assessment course.
