全域旅游背景下吉林省旅游高等教育人才培养困境与路径分析

Analysis on the Difficulties and Paths of Talent Cultivation in Tourism Higher Education in Jilin Province under the Background of Global Tourism

全域旅游在吉林省逐渐深入开展,在供给侧改革背景下,吉林省的旅游产业处于升级创新的关键时期,而旅游人才质量则是改革升级的关键因素。旅游高等教育承担培养高素质高能力旅游人才的重要任务,在全域旅游发展的背景下,通过透彻分析吉林省旅游产业新业态的发展态势,并据此分析旅游人才新需求,寻找目前旅游高等教育人才培养困境,从与产业需求对接、调整人才培养结构、调整课程设置及内容等方面构建吉林省旅游高等教育人才培养的有效途径。

Global tourism has been gradually carried out in Jilin Province.Under the supply-side reform background,the tourism industry in Jilin Province is in a critical period of upgrading and innovation,and the quality of tourism talents is a key factor in the reform and upgrading.Tourism higher education undertakes the important task of cultivating high-quality and high-capacity tourism talents.Under the background of global tourism development,through a thorough analysis of the development trend of the new tourism industry in Jilin Province,this paper analyzes the new requirements for tourism talents,looks for the difficulties of talent cultivation in the current tourism higher education,and constructs the effective ways of talent cultivation in tourism higher education in Jilin Province in terms of the connection with industrial needs,adjustment of talent training structure,adjustment of curriculum arrangement and content,etc.
