摘要
试验以马铃薯紫花白、晋薯7号和克新1号为材料,研究盐胁迫对马铃薯试管幼苗的胁迫效应。结果发现:随着NaCl浓度的增加,马铃薯试管苗的株高逐渐降低,在0.4%和0.6%NaCl浓度下均显著低于对照;其可溶性蛋白的含量也逐渐降低,且在0.4%和0.6%NaCl浓度下均显著低于对照。说明盐对马铃薯的生长发育有一定的抑制作用。
This experiment was made on purple and white potatoes,sweet potato-7 and kxin-1.The stress effect on test-tube seedlings of potatoes under salt stress was studied.Results:with the increase of NaCl concentration,the plant height of potato test-tube seedlings was gradually reduced.The concentrations of 0.4%and 0.6%NaCl were significantly lower than the control group.Its soluble protein content is also decreasing,and the concentrations of 0.4%and 0.6%NaCl were significantly lower than the control group.The results showed that salt had some inhibitory effect on the growth and development of potatoes.
