宫颈癌组织中STING、TRAF3基因的表达及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨宫颈癌组织中干扰素基因刺激因子(STING)、肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子3(TRAF3)基因的表达及其临床意义。方法选取80例宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织标本,同时选取80例慢性宫颈炎患者的慢性宫颈炎组织标本,检测两种组织中STING、TRAF3基因相对表达量,并分析宫颈癌组织中STING、TRAF3基因相对表达量与宫颈癌患者临床特征的关系。结果宫颈癌组织中STING基因相对表达量明显低于慢性宫颈炎组织,而TRAF3基因相对表达量明显高于慢性宫颈炎组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。中低分化、Ⅱb~Ⅲ期宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织中STING基因相对表达量均低于高分化、Ⅰ~Ⅱa期宫颈癌患者,TRAF3基因相对表达量均高于高分化、Ⅰ~Ⅱa期宫颈癌患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。宫颈癌组织中STING与TRAF3基因相对表达量呈负相关(r=-0.302,P﹤0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中STING基因表达下调,TRAF3基因表达上调,与宫颈癌患者的临床分期、分化程度有一定关系。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of stimulator of interferon gene(STING)and tumor necrosis factor receptor related factor 3(TRAF3)in cervical cancer tissues.Method The specimens from 80 cases of cervical cancer,and another 80 specimens of chronic cervicitis were collected,the relative expression of STING and TRAF3 genes were detected in all samples groups,and the association between the relative expression of STING and TRAF3 gene and the clinical characteristics of cervical cancer were investigated.Result The relative expression of STING gene in cervical cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in chronic cervicitis,while the relative expression of TRAF3 gene was higher instead,with statistically significant differences observed(P<0.01).The relative expression of STING gene in patients with moderately and poorly differentiated,stage IIb-III cervical cancer were significantly lower compared with that in those with highly differentiated,stage I-IIa cervical cancer;while the relative expression of TRAF3 gene in moderately and poorly differentiated,stage IIb-III cervical cancer were significantly higher than that in highly differentiated,stage I-IIa cervical cancer(P<0.05);the relative expression of STING genes in cervical cancer tissues was negatively correlated with that of TRAF3 gene(r=-0.302,P<0.05).Conclusion STING gene expression is down-regulated while TRAF3 gene expression is up-regulated in cervical cancer tissues,and both are related to the clinical stage and degree of differentiation of cervical cancer.
