摘要 随着教育2.0时代的到来,大数据被广泛运用于教育治理现代化。但在治理过程中暴露出我国政府和高校两大平行主体政策上沟通不畅、财政上用拨不当、人力上互通受阻等问题。因此,以大数据为媒介,加强政府与高校两主体"政策、财政、人力""三维"协同共治力度,建立大数据下教育现代化治理长效机制,实现教育善治。 With the coming of the 2.0 era of education,big data are widely used in the modernization of education governance.However,in the process of the governance,the two major parallel bodies of the government and colleges and universities have poor communication on policy,inappropriate financial use,blocked manpower exchange and other problems.Therefore,with big data as the medium,the collaborative governance of the"three dimensions"of"policy,finance and manpower"should be strengthened by the two main bodies of the government and colleges and universities,and the longterm mechanism for the governance of education modernization should be established in the context of big data,so as to realize the good governance of education.
