摘要
高职教育主要是培养实用型和技能型的复合型人才,复合型人才要有"工匠精神",培养具有"工匠精神"的人才已成为各职业院校的教改方向。以企业项目案例(上饶市天佑大道二期道路景观绿化分项工程)为切入点,引入工匠导师,建立"双导师制",开展3种教学模式,进行"工匠精神"的系统性培养和构建"工匠精神"的评价体系,将"工匠精神"引入到园艺类专业实践教学中,在实践教学中把提升学生的职业技能和培养其职业精神有机融合。
Cultivating practical and skilled talents with"craftsmanship spirit"is the important goal of higher vocational education,which has become the educational reform direction of vocational colleges.This study is based on the case of enterprise project(the landscaping sub-project of the second phase in Shangrao Tianyou Avenue).Teachers with craftsmanship spiritare introduced to set up the"double tutorial system".Three kinds of teaching modes are carried outto systematically cultivate"craftsmanship spirit"and the corre-sponding evaluation system is established so that"craftsmanship spirit"can be introduced into the horticultural professional practice teaching.In addition,student’s vocational skills and professional spirit could be organi-cally integrated with professional practice teaching.
