摘要
老字号餐饮行业在互联网新业态、新零售的冲击下,开始选择"互联网+"发展模式。以无锡3家典型老字号餐饮企业"三凤桥""王兴记""穆桂英"和1家新兴网红餐饮"熙盛源"为研究对象,就其在O2O平台上的顾客满意度评价进行比较分析,探讨老字号餐饮企业的发展模式。
Under the impact of new Internet formats and new retail sales,the time-honored catering enterprises have gradually embarked on its own"Internet+"road.This paper will take three typicaltime-honored catering enterprises in Wuxi:WangXingJi,SanFengQiao,MuGuiYing and XiShengYuan-aninternet-famous catering enterprise--as the research object,make a comparative analysis of their customer satisfaction evalu-ation on the platform of O2 O,and explore the development model of the time-honored catering enterprises.
