特殊学生教育管理是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分。随着大学生心智成长水平的不断完善以及其性格、个性的较强可塑性,使得学生价值取向多元化趋势加重。针对新生适应不良引发的失联,制定相关措施,并建议高校加强特殊群体学生管理。

The education and management of special students groups is an important part of college ideo-logical and political education.With the development of the college students’mental level growth and the plas-ticity of their personality and characters,the diversified trend of value orientation is aggravated.By analysizingthe college freshman’s loss of communication caused by maladaptation,the thesis proposes some constructivemeasures and suggests that the collgee should strengthen the management to those special students groups.
