摘要
目前,中小型企业无论是在管理理念还是管理方式上,都无法与大数据环境相协调。面对信息爆炸,中小型企业未能实现有价值的客户数据挖掘,采取的营销策略因此难以保证效果。作为中小企业,应充分认识大数据的重要性,并积极运用大数据技术,实现企业运营决策管理模式的创新、生产经营模式的创新,以及市场营销管理模式的创新,以推动企业可持续发展。
Based on the big data perspective, this paper analyses the present situation of operation and management of small and medium-sized enterprises, then discusses the trend of innovation and development of enterprise operation and management mode, and studies the methods of innovation operation and management mode of small and medium-sized enterprises from three aspects: enterprise operation and decision-making management, production and operation management and market and sales management, so as to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
