摘要
元认知心理干预技术是辽宁师范大学金洪源教授及其领导的课题组经历20多年努力研发的新一代高效心理干预技术体系,能够对自身的潜意识和其他心理活动进行自我觉知、反思、监督、调控。通过标准化的实验设计,以英语课堂焦虑量表、焦虑自评量表为测量工具,对125名英语焦虑障碍大学生进行元认知心理干预技术实验,并运用T检验和多元方差分析对数据进行分析,进而证明了元认知干预技术对于解决英语学习焦虑问题的有效性。
Meta-cognition intervention technique is a new and highly effective psychological intervention technology developed by professor Jin of Liaoning Normal University and his leading research group for more than 20 years. The technology has a scientific theoretical system, easy to understand operation procedures, and can self-perceive, reflect, supervise, and regulate its own subconscious and other psychological activities. Taking 125 students as subjects, through the questionnaire of English classroom anxiety scale test and the experiment of standardized design intervention, this study uses T test and multivariate analysis of variance to analyze data. It proves the validity of meta-cognition intervention of the students' English learning anxiety.
