摘要 带式输送机一直以来都是煤矿井下生产运输的关键设备之一,对矿井生产持续开展意义重大。以此为着手点,针对矿用带式输送机调偏装置的结构优化开展探究,在分析常见调偏方法与原理的基础上,对调偏装置的结构优化开展探讨,并对优化后装置的应用效果做出分析,希望能够为其他矿井相似工程的开展提供借鉴与参考。 Belt conveyor has always been one of the key equipment for underground production and transportation in coal mines,which is of great significance for the sustainable development of mine production.Taking this as a starting point,the structural optimization of mine belt conveyor deviation adjusting device was explored.Based on the analysis of common deviation adjustment methods and principles,this paper discussed the structural optimization of the deviation adjustment device and made an analysis of the application effect of the optimized device,hoping to provide reference for the development of similar projects in other mines.
