摘要
针对自动化控制系统在煤矿综采工作面中的应用开展分析。综合运用现场总线、工业以太网和PAC等技术,设计了一种综采自动化控制系统。对该系统的构成和功能进行了全面分析。通过该系统的应用能实现对综采作业面设备的有效集中控制,为矿井生产效率和作业安全的提升提供帮助。
This paper analyzed the application of automatic control system in coal mine fully-mechanized mining face.A control system for fully-mechanized mining was designed by using technologies such as fieldbus,industrial Ethernet and PAC.A detailed and comprehensive analysis of the composition and function of the system was carried out.Through the application of the system,effective centralized control of the fully-mechanized mining face equipment can be reali-zed,which can help the mine production efficiency and work safety improvement.
