摘要
结合工程实际,对矿用提升机的基本性能进行了分析总结,针对现有提升机控制系统在实际工程中存在的问题,设计了提升机大功率交交变频控制系统,并且针对现有问题提出了优化方法。所设计的控制系统可实现对提升机系统运行状态、故障问题、运行数据等方面的监测与控制,较好地解决了现有控制系统所存在的问题。
Combining with the engineering practice,this paper analyzed and summarized the basic performance of mine hoist,designed a high-power cycloconverter control system of hoist aiming at the existing problems of hoist control system in practical engineering and put forward optimization methods for the existing problems.The designed control system could monitor and control the running state,fault problems and running data of the hoist system,and solve the problems existing in the existing control system.
