摘要
安全仪表系统作为一种安全保护措施,在工艺装置安全生产中起着至关重要的作用,当生产装置或设施出现可能导致安全事故的情况时,安全仪表系统需要瞬间准确动作,使生产过程安全停止运行或自动导入预定的安全状态,这就需要安全系统具有一定的安全功能以及相应的功能完整性。为确保设计的安全仪表系统具有相应的安全功能以及功能完整性,本文针对安全仪表系统设计过程中的几个重要环节:HAZOP分析、SIL评估、SIS设计、SIL验证,从概念、方法、作用以及面临的问题等方面进行详细的阐述。
As a safety protection measure, the Safety Instrumented System (SIS) plays a vital role in the safe production of process plant. When a production device or facility may cause a safety accident, SIS needs to be instantaneous and accurate action to make the production process safe. Stopping process or automatically importing a predetermined security state requires a security system with certain security features and corresponding functional integrity. In order to ensure the corresponding level of safety function and functional integrity of the designed SIS, This paper elaborates conception, method, function and the issues faced from several important aspects in the design process of SIS: HAZOP analysis, SIL assessment, SIS design, SIL verification.
