摘要
雷达探尺是在雷达液位计的基础上改进而来,由于钢厂高炉物位的测量一直存在困难,内部工艺环境比较复杂,最高时瞬时温度为1600℃,而目前现有雷达物位计不能满足工况需求。因此,主要围绕雷达液位计结构的改进和外部降温设备的增加,从而增强雷达的抗温能力,保证高炉内料位处于安全可控范围,使仪表既能适应高温工况,又能便于维护。
Radar level gauge is improved on the basis of radar level gauge. Due to the difficulties in measuring blast furnace level in steel works, the internal process environment is complex, and the maximum instantaneous temperature is 1600 C. However, the current radar level gauge can not meet the requirements of working conditions. Therefore, the improvement of the structure of the radar level gauge and the increase of the external cooling equipment are mainly focused on, so as to enhance the anti-temperature ability of the radar, ensure that the material level in the blast furnace is in a safe and controllable range, and make the instrument not only adapt to the high temperature conditions, but also easy to maintain.
