摘要 数字化仪控平台由控制器、AT96总线和多个智能IO功能单元组成,控制器通过AT96总线与功能单元进行数据交互。数字化仪控平台在具有高可靠性的同时,需要具备快速应对突发事件的能力,即当平台中某一功能单元发生故障或异常时,在不影响其他功能单元正常工作的前提下,对出现故障或异常的功能单元进行更换,这要求功能单元具备热插拔功能。系统在分析热插拔对供电影响的基础上,提出了一种基于AT96总线的可靠热插拔设计方案,有效地解决了热插拔瞬间冲击和振荡电流对系统的影响。 Digital instrumentation and control platform is including controller, AT96 bus and intelligent IO functional unit, controller interacts with functional unit through AT96 bus. Digital instrumentation and control platform has high reliability, but it also needs to have the ability to respond to emergencies quickly. That is, when a functional unit of the platform fails, it can be replaced without affecting the normal work of other units. So it requires the functional units have hot plug function. Based on the analysis of the influence of hot-plug on power supply, a reliable hot-plug design scheme based on AT96 bus is proposed, which effectively solves the impact of instantaneous shock and oscillating current on the system.
