基于STM32的无源核子料位计的设计

摘要 由于无源核子料位计普遍存在误报警率高、可靠性低的问题,导致其在电厂的采用率很低。通过搭建STM32平台,设计了主控模块、信号处理模块、无线通信模块、人机接口模块以及电源模块电路等,通过软件设计了各功能模块的工作流程。通过试验研究,利用屏蔽层减少无关射线和磁场干扰,提高了料位计的指向性和稳定性;将K40的主峰作为基准来计算料位,降低了温度对测量精度的影响。 Due to the low alarm accuracy rate and reliability, passive nuclear level meter is rarely applied in power plant. Based on STM32 platform, crucial controlling unit, signal processing module, wireless communication module, man-machine interface module, and power module circuits are designed. Besides all functional modules’ work flow is designed by software. According to experimental study, passive nuclear level meter’s directivity and stability get better by using shielding layer to decrease unnecessary rays and the interference of magnetic field. K40’s highest peak is the standard to calculate level meter, which reduces the influence of temperature on measure precision.
