摘要
神华宁煤集团煤基烯烃项目采用了西门子GSP气化炉,是GSP气化技术在世界上的首次工业化应用。该技术设计有很多优点,但工程应用中出现了很多问题,装置开车进行了大量改造,从气化炉控制方面介绍了其中主要问题及解决办法,为GSP气化技术的工程应用提供了实践经验。
The Coal to Propylene Plant of SNCG adopts Siemens GSP gasifier, which is the world’s first industrial application of GSP gasification technology. The technology design has many advantages, but lots of problems arise in industrial applications. Therefore, there are a lot of modifications for the plant start-up. This text introduces the main problems and solutions from the gasifier control, providing practical experience for the engineering application of the GSP gasification technology.
