摘要
石油化工装置中,准确地设置气体检测器,不仅是避免装置中的气体燃爆的必要保障,更是防止人员中毒伤亡,保证其安全健康操作环境的必要措施。同时合理布置装置中气体检测器,也有利于优化经济投入,节约工程项目投资成本。结合GB 50493-2009《石油化工可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警设计规范》和实际项目中的设计经验,通过计算详细分析在泄漏介质中即含可燃和有毒气体的混合气体工况时,阐述气体检测器的选型和设计方法,并总结计算公式。
In petrochemical equipment, the accurate setting of gas detector is not only a necessary guarantee to avoid the gas explosion in the plant, but also a necessary measure to prevent poisoning casualties and ensure its safe and healthy operation environment. At the same time, the reasonable arrangement of the gas detector in the device is also conducive to optimizing the economic input and saving the investment cost of the project. In this paper, based on GB 50493-2009 <Code for the design of combustible gas and toxic gas detection and alarm for petrochemical industry> and design experience in practical projects, the selection and design method of gas detector are described and the calculation formula is summarized after detailed calculation and analysis of the mixed gas containing combustible and toxic gases in the leakage medium.
