摘要 汉钢2 280 m^3高炉检修中发现炉顶布料溜槽倾动故障,高炉被迫延迟送风48 h进行更换,通过优化复风方案,合理控制各项操作参数,复风60 h后,主要经济技术指标已恢复至正常冶炼水平. In the maintenance of Hansteel's 2 280 m^3 blast furnace, the distributing chute titling fault was found on the top of furnace roof. Thus, the blast furnace was forced to delay the air supply for 48 hours. Then the scheme of recovering wind was optimized, and operating parameters were appropriately controlled. Therefore, the major economic and technical indicators were restored to normal smelting level after the recovery of wind for 60 hours.
