推进科技成果转化,创新生态系统建设——以天津市为例 被引量:3

摘要 科学技术的发展对人类的进步与发展有着重要的意义。科技成果转化问题也成为当今技术研究领域的热点问题。科技成果转化系统是一个复杂的、动态的生态系统,需要国家、社会等方面共同努力。面对全球互联互通、开放合作、互利共赢的科技创新的新时代,我们必须为科技成果转化创造良好的生态环境,真正体现科技对未来的引领作用。文章主要以天津市为例,深入了解天津市科技成果转化的现状及存在的问题,并分析了科技成果转化的常用模式,在此基础上,采取有效策略,促进我市创新生态系统的建设。 The development of science and technology is of great significance to the progress and development of mankind. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements has also become a hot issue in the field of technological research. The transformation system of scientific and technological achievements is a complex and dynamic ecosystem, which requires the joint efforts of the state and society. In the face of a new era of global connectivity, openness and cooperation, and win-win scientific and technological innovation, we must create a good ecological environment for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and truly reflect the leading role of science and technology in the future. Taking Tianjin as an example, this paper deeply understands the present situation and existing problems of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Tianjin, and analyzes the common modes of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and on this basis, adopts effective strategies to promote the construction of innovation ecosystem in Tianjin.
