摘要 智慧水利系统聚焦水灾害、水资源、水环境、水生态四大水问题,重点掌握和提供洪水、干旱、水工程安全运行、水工程建设、水资源开发利用、城乡供水、节水、江河湖泊以及水土流失等九个领域的全面情况,充分应用物联网技术,以全面支撑"水资源管理、防汛减灾、工程管理"等业务为目标,构建监测类型丰富、监测手段多样、信息转输稳定、控制安全可靠的全覆盖立体感控体系,文章就以物联网技术在智慧水利系统的发展进行研究,阐述智慧水利系统设计的各项内容与发展建议。 The intelligent water conservancy system focuses on four major water problems: water disaster, water resources, water environment and water ecology. With focus on nine areas, includingmastering and providing comprehensive information in flood, drought, safe operation of water projects, construction of water projects, development and utilization of water resources, water supply in urban and rural areas, water conservation, rivers and lakes, and soil and water loss, we should make full use of the Internet of things technology. With the goal of comprehensively supporting such businesses as "water resources management, flood control and disaster reduction, and project management", a fully covered three-dimensional sensing and controlling system with rich monitoring types, diverse monitoring means, stable information transfer, and safe and reliable control is constructed. This paper studies the development of intelligent water conservancy system based on Internet of things technology, and expounds the contents and development suggestions of intelligent water conservancy system design.
